Assistant Restaurant Manager
Hands on Operations role involving on the ground service, management of people, productivity, products & profits.
We are looking for a dynamic young person currently studying or recently graduated from Hospitality Management, or Business related degrees.

Starting Salary $55k-$60k
Apprentice Chef 1st or 2nd Year

Kitchen Hands
We require a combination of experienced Kitchen Hands & Junior Dishwashers to support our busy operation. Cleaning, washing up, assist with food prep & service.
Flexible hours from as little as 10 hours a week to as much as 40! Highly organised, highly efficient environment with strong focus on hygiene standards, it may be hard work but is as rewarding as it gets.

School Based Trainees
An opportunity is now open for only Five (5) School Based Trainees with a fully funded, nationally recognised qualification.
Open to any student interested in paid work whilst undertaking the national Certificate III in Hospitality (Restaurant service), as long as you attend any of our local Schools and the School will support your participation.
Lifelong skills & work ethics developed, setting you up for success in any endeavour you choose to pursue.
This a rigorous program, but in our supportive environment, your commitment & dedication will be so rewarding.
Cleaning/Caretaking Couple
Suit semi retired couple for general cleaning duties, handy with minor repairs would be a huge bonus.
We are looking for a couple to care about the beautiful property as much as we do and make sure she is always presented lovingly.
Our long term cleaning contractors will continue to do the heavy duty cleaning but we hope you will be the missing piece.
Thursday to Sunday mornings approx 20-24 hours combined.
